If you’re on a limited budget, you’ll find a lot to like about the CX 938. There are plenty of built-in workouts to chose from, the stride length is a healthy 18″ and it even offers the iFit workouts that you can plug in and train with.
Key Specs on the Nordictrack CX 938 Elliptical:

The only real knock against this Nordictrack is that the breaking and resistance are controlled by silent magnetic, instead of Eddy Current.

When you compare the 938 elliptical against the very similar Reebok 525, you’ll discover that the 938 gives you more for your money with a couple of extras thrown in like the Training Zone Indicator, 2 additional workouts and the carb counter.
Would I buy a Nordictrack CX 938 elliptical? No, I’d upgrade and get a machine like the Sole e35 Elliptical.
